Caring
We found this practice was providing caring services in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
We spoke briefly with 5 patients. all patients we spoke with shared positive views of the practice. One commented they had experienced short-notice cancellations of their appointments. Another patient commented that they were very apprehensive of visiting the practice but were able to do so due to the reassurance they experienced from the team.
The practice carried out internal patient surveys and encouraged online reviews.
People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
