The Chantry is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 16 adults with learning disabilities. At the time of our inspection there were 10 people using the service.
As the provider’s sister home was closed and following a decision review meeting, we agreed to carry out this responsive assessment of The Chantry to look at how the provider ensured good governance and oversight.
The remote assessment was completed between 29 October and 17 December 2024.
