Kindness, compassion and dignity

Regulations met

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey. Comments included, “always welcoming with high standard of cleanliness and modern facilities and equipment and knowledge and professional attitude of all the doctors, nurses and administrative staff.”

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported. One staff member told us,” We have a great collaborative relationship, which enhances patient care and ensures a smooth workflow.” Another staff member said, “The team fosters a positive and professional environment where my contributions to patient care are recognised and appreciated,” and “The supportive atmosphere makes my work enjoyable and fulfilling.”
