Medical Imaging Partnership (MIP) provides diagnostic and radiology services to both NHS and private patients. This location at Crawley is the administrative hub for the management of mobile Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) units and ultrasound services. At this location the service also provides Mobile Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and dual X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA) from a mobile unit in an outside space. All scanners are relocatable and under 2 years old , They provide scanning services to children aged 13 to 18 and to adults. The assessment was carried out following an increase in the number of concerns received by the Care Quality Commission. We assessed 14 Quality statements from the safe, caring and well led key questions for the diagnostic imaging assessment service group (ASG), the only ASG provded at this location. The scores for these areas have been combined with scores based in the key question ratings from the last inspection.
