Well-led
We found this practice was providing well-led care in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance.

Governance, management and sustainability
Staff and leaders told us of the systems in place to manage risks for patients, staff, equipment and the premises.
At the inspection on 15 April 2025 we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulation:
Staff described the improvements that had been made to the risk assessments for the management of hazardous substances and the information was easily accessible in the event of an incident.
We were told systems had been updated to ensure infection prevention and control audits were completed at the recommended intervals. Minor areas of improvement noted had also been actioned.
The practice had also made further improvements.
Staff told us the medical emergency medicines and equipment had been relocated following the inspection to ensure it was easily accessible in the event of an incident.
Staff confirmed outstanding actions from the fire risk assessment had been completed.
Risks relating to Legionella and radiation protection had been acted on and a plan was in place to complete any outstanding works. In addition, systems had been improved to ensure where risks were identified, action would be taken in a timely manner.
Systems had been reviewed and training had been carried out with staff to ensure accidents and incidents were recorded, reviewed and used as an opportunity for shared learning.
Additional tasks had been introduced to ensure recruitment checks or a suitable risk assessment, were carried out for all staff at the point of recruitment.
Systems had been reviewed to ensure training records were up-to-date and available for all staff members.
The practice had also made further improvements:

Auditing protocols had been reviewed and updated to ensure they would drive improvement.
