Updated 6 March 2025
This assessment took place between 13 March and 25 March 2025. The service is a residential home providing accommodation for persons who require personal care, some of whom are living with dementia. During this assessment we looked at 12 quality statements. The service was providing regulated activity to 47 people at the time of the assessment. People were positive about the quality of care they received; this was reflected by the level of satisfaction reported by people and their families. Care was person centred, and staff ensured people’s consent was always received and choices given. People’s needs were met and adjustments made where appropriate. Staff were knowledgeable about people and spoke fondly about their work. Staff were supported by the management team with their training and to develop in their roles. The management team were honest and open throughout the assessment and provided evidence of improvements and changes made since our last inspection.
