During an assessment under our new approach
Staff provided safe care which was exceptionally person-centred and supported people’s quality of life, choice and independence. This brought good outcomes to people, both health wise and around their general wellbeing. People had access to various healthcare and social care services and felt valued members of their local community. The management team, especially the registered manager of the service, were recognised as hands-on, approachable and inclusive leaders with strong person-centred values. Equality and diversity were promoted in the service. The provider had robust policies, procedures and governance systems which were effectively used in the service to drive continuous improvement.
