Kindness, compassion and dignity

Regulations met

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. One patient told us, “The level of care and compassion shown was outstanding from start to finish. This combined with a full explanation of the treatment being undertaken and the aftercare procedures needed was exceptional.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected. One patient told us, “Great service from all staff! Great with my children. Always a lovely visit for myself and my children.” People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported. One staff member told us, “I feel comfortable, and I am able to contact the practice management as well as the owners freely with no restrictions on timings.”
